DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

CALGARY AREA 

Thursday
Calgary SE to SW
Covering the southern quadrants of Calgary below the Bow River (except for the Friday’s mid city reagion) east to west. Communities south of Canyon Meadows are delivered midday.

Friday
Mid-city SW and North
Friday morning deliveries are from the Bow River to 38 Ave South and between Crowchild and MacLeod Trails. We also cover customers north of the river to 16 Ave, between Crowchild and Deerfoot Trails.

Substitutions
Substitutions may be made if you call before Monday at 9 pm the same week. You may substitute up to 2 items. We can accommodate special diets for an extra charge. Call us, please.

Cancellations
You may cancel any delivery with minimum notice being midnight of the Saturday prior. You may also cancel the delivery service altogether, by the Saturday prior. We suggest you do this in writing, by e-mail or fax, for the quickest deposit refund. We will schedule only one pick-up for bins at no charge.

EDMONTON
Covering Edmonton, including downtown; including drop points

Friday
South Edmonton deliveries. This is subject to change as we expand. Our staff will be happy to notify you of your exact delivery route time frame.

Substitutions
Substitutions may be made if you call before Monday at 9 pm the same week. You may substitute up to 2 items. We can accommodate special diets. Call us, please.

Bin Switching
If you call us before Saturday midnight, you
can switch the size of your bin for another,
ie Bachelor for a Fruit Bin or Family
Bin.
